This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments to Decree on measures against the introduction and spread of harmful organisms of plants and plant products. In particular the present Decree establishes the new form of authorization for import from third countries or relocation from another Member States of the European Union of harmful organisms, plants, plant products and other objects for test or scientific purposes or for work on growing of varieties (amended Annex 6), the form of phytosanitary certificates and the form of phytosanitary certificate for reexport (Annex 21).
