This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 11 articles, lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation: a) the catalogue of wastes; (b) procedure for the classification of wastes according to the catalogue of wastes; (c) requirements for municipal authority with competence at the classification of wastes according to the catalogue of wastes. The catalogue of wastes contains codes and names of wastes and is specified in the Annex.
