This Decree, which is composed of 31 articles, was adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture in cooperation with the Ministry of Health. It deals with collection of data describing the state of surface and underground waters. It also regulates the transmission of such data to information systems of public affairs. The information includes statistical and cartographical data describing the different types of waters.
