This Decree of the Ministry of Finance establishes provisions concerning the disposal of electronic equipment and electro-wastes. It lays down: the list of products included in the category of electronic equipment; detailed requirements applicable to such products; information to be included in the annual report; way of marking electronic equipment placed on the market after 13 August 2005; pattern of the symbol to be marked on electronic equipment; technical requirements for the disposal of substances and components from electro-wastes; rules for storing and processing electro-wastes.
