This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of eight articles and six Annexes, establishes emission limits, technical requirements and conditions for the deployment of machineries in which organic solvents are used. The aim of the Decree is to reduce direct and indirect effects of volatile organic compounds in the air. The activities relating to the subject of the Decree are specified in Annex 1.
