This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of four articles and one Annex, establishes the contents of program for reducing emissions from stationary sources and the and the way of informing the general public. The program should be implemented by operators of large sources and operators of medium sources of air pollution. The program should contain: (1) background information; (2) technical information; (3) assessment of the impact of air pollution from stationary sources; (4) rules relating to air protection; (5) Measures and their impact on air quality.
