This Decree of the Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Health, which is composed of 13 articles and two Annexes, lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation, measures to evaluate hazardous properties of wastes: (a) content of the application for authorization to evaluate hazardous properties of the waste; (b) content of the application for extension of the authorization; (c) content of training for the evaluation of hazardous properties of waste; (d) criteria, methods and procedure for the evaluation of hazardous properties of waste; (e) content of the application for evaluation of hazardous properties of the waste; (f) content of the certificate on the exclusion of hazardous properties of waste; (g) content of the notice on presence of hazardous properties in the waste.
