This Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, establishes: (a) the form of application for issuing a guarantee of origin of electricity from renewable energy sources; (b) conditions of recognition and issue guarantees of origin of electricity from renewable energy sources. The form of application for issuing a guarantee of origin is specified in the Annex.
