This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Regional Development, which is composed of 14 articles and seven Annexes, establishes: (a) large sources, medium sources and small sources of air pollution; (b) existing and new stationary sources; (c) the list of pollutant for which the emissions limits are set; d) emission limits, technical requirements and conditions for the operation of stationary sources of air pollution; (e) requirements to ensure dispersion of pollutants. The list of pollutants with emission limits, and toxic equivalents for certain pollutants is specified in Annex 1.
