This Decree updates Annexes I, III, VI and IX to Legislative Decree No. 155 implementing Directive 2008/50/EC on ambient air quality and cleaner air for Europe. These amendments are adopted pursuant to those laid down under Commission Directive (EU) 2015/1480. They concern arsenic, cadmium, mercury, nickel and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in ambient air.
