This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, requirements for production, import, use, marking and putting into circulation of feedstuffs, feed additives and premixes. The Decree is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Contaminants (Sec. 2); Feeding products (Sec. 3); Marking of feedstuffs (Sec. 4); Annexes to the application (Sec. 5); Requirements for the operation (Sec. 6); Biological testing (Sec. 7); Transitional provisions (Sec. 8); Repealing provisions (Sec. 9); Entry into force (Sec. 10). The Decree establishes in particular: the list of substances and products which are forbidden for the production of feedstuffs, additive substances and premixes; the list of undesirable substances and products including their maximum allowed quantity in feedstuffs; maximum limits of radioactive contamination of feedstuffs, additive substances and premixes.
