This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down measures for restructuring of sugar beat producers in the Republic of Slovenia. This Decree establishes types of eligible investments and activities, beneficiaries, eligible costs, requirements for eligibility, procedures for implementation of individual measures, monitoring of the implementation of measures, the amount of funds and financial criteria for specific actions. The institution responsible for the implementation of these provisions is the Agency for Agricultural Markets and Rural Development.
