This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of ten articles and six Annexes, establishes: (a) method of the registration of mechanized means of plant protection intended for the application of plant protection products, and their control testing; (b) operation of technical equipment to destroy harmful organisms. Mechanized means of plant protection placed on the market must be labeled as described in Annex 1.
