This Decree modifies some rules adopted, contained and aligned with the Council Directive 1999/22/EC relating to the keeping of wild animals in zoos.
In particular this Decree amends some provisions already adopted by the Italian Legislative Decree 21 March 2005, n. 73, on the implementation of the relative Directive 1999/22/CE (see amendments to articles 37, 39 and 41, all regarding the aquatic animals/mammals in zoos).
