This Decree of the Ministry of Environment sets forth the regulatory framework on waste disposal. It is composed of the following Sections: (1) Application for authorization to carry out activities concerning waste management and disposal of hazardous waste; (2) Technical requirements for carrying out activities in the field of waste management; (3) List of wastes that may not be accepted on landfills; (4) Proceedings concerning recycling of products, wastes and devices; (5) Scope of annual report on compliance with obligations concerning waste management; (6) Keeping records on waste; (7) Waste management plans; (8) Fund raising; (9) Repealed provisions; (10) Entry into force.
