An Ordinance to regulate the taking and examining of samples of fertilizers. It contains at the outset a definition clause of the various terms therein employed. Article 8 contains the procedure for the taking of samples. The equipment to take samples has to be of a material which does not affect the substances to be examined. Minimum amounts are prescribed for the samples. The Ordinance consists of 12 articles.
