These Regulations amend the Fisheries Regulations Order in particular with respect to the requirement to obtain an international authorisation to fish certificate instead of (previously) a licence for a Vanuatu-flag fishing vessel fishing beyond the EEZ of Vanuatu. They also concern fishing fees and the form of (application for) such certificate.
