It consists of eight Parts: General Provisions (1); Hygienic Requirements for the Foodstuffs and Articles for Every Day Use (2); Hygienic Control (3); Trade Control Authority (4); Competent Authorities (5); Penalties (6); Legislative Authority (7) and Transitional and Final Provisions (8).
