The present Ordinance repeals the Forestry Seeds Inspection Ordinance of 22 November 1983, as well as the Forestry Seeds Registration Ordinance of 5 February 1997.A rectification dated 13 January 2003 (BGBl. I p. 61) is added to Annex 3 of the above-mentioned Ordinance.
