These Regulations specify fees for: forest produce as specified in the first column of Part I of the First Schedule; stumpage fees in respect of the tree species specified in Part II of the First Schedule; timber from the tree species specified in the first and second columns of the Second Schedule, which is commonly used in the manner as specified in that Schedule; activities set out in the first and second columns of the Fourth Schedule; professional services rendered by the Kenya Forest Service specified in the first column of the Fifth Schedule; hire of the plant and equipment specified in the first column of the Sixth Schedule. They also set out prices for forest products specified in the first column of the Third Schedule.
