These Rules allow the Minister, by Order published in the Gazette, to regulate the use and occupation of any Central Forest or forest area for the purpose of installing commercial fish hatcheries under such terms and conditions as the Minister thinks fit, and for such period as is specified in the Order. Licences for the installation of commercial fish hatcheries may be granted under such terms and conditions as the Minister thinks fit. (3 rules)
