This Law amends the provisions of articles 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 26, 29, 30, 35, 36, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 60, 61 and 62 of the Law on livesctock (Official Gazette 70/97 and 36/98).
This Law also cancels the provisions of the article 39 of the Law on livesctock (Official Gazette 70/97).
Major changes are related to definitions, authorization and permits, registration and data collection, farmer duties-responsibilities and rights, offences and penalties.
