This Law cancels certain provisions part of the Law on livestock (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 41/2009).
The cancelled articles are regarding the following: issuing (fulfillment) of requirements for facilities; issuing permits for changing the hereditary basis of domestic animals (methods of genetic manipulation in scientific research purposes); and issuing permits for the import and export of domestic animals.
