This Law amends certain provisions provided by the Law on regional development of the Republic of Bulgaria (Official Gazette 50/2008; 47, 82 and 93/2009; 82/2012; 66/2013; 22 and 98/2014; and 9 and 14/2015).
Major changes are related to the general terms, definitions and denominations; administrative updates (forms, procedures, public administration); terms regarding the monitoring and evaluation of regional development and monitor over the effective implementation of the National concept of spatial development (schemes and spatial development of the regions); references of international documents and Acts that are adopted and/or respected; and other minor amendments.
