This Law amends various articles prescribed by the Veterinary Law of the Republic of Bulgaria (Official Gazette 87/2005; 30, 31, 55 and 88/2006; 51 and 84/2007; 13, and 36/2008).
Important changes are related to the: general terms and definitions; some hygiene/sanitary and technical issues; and various references regarding the European Commission and European Union documents, Regulations and Directives that are, as here defined, the major reason for the adoption of this amending Law.
