This Law amends various articles prescribed by the Veterinary Law of the Republic of Bulgaria (Official Gazette 87/2005; 30, 31, 55 and 88/2006; 51 and 84/2007; 13, 36 and 100/2008; 27, 35, 74, 95 and 102/2009; 25 and 41/2010; 8 and 92/2011; 77, 82 and 97/2012).
Significant changes are related to the: general terms, scopes, denominations and definitions; certain hygiene/sanitary and technical issues and rules; various references regarding the European Commission and European Union documents, Regulations and Directives that are meant to be implemented/adopted by the national legislation; and some offences and penalties.
