This Law amends several provisions part of the Veterinary Law (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 30/2012, 48/2015 and 52/2016).
Significant changes are related to the Veterinary Chamber and its related duties and obligations (also for clinics and veterinary surgeons); various animal registration and Register issues; extraordinary official controls, inspection of equidae, ungulates, poultry, rabbits and game before and after slaughter (ante mortem and post mortem); specific administrative and mandatory content of the application for the performance of official controls and the documentation to be provided to the competent institutions; and fees and charges for the performance of various veterinary related tasks.
