This Decree, in accordance with Commission Directive 79/700/EEC, establishes the sampling procedures and methods, including packaging and transmission of laboratory samples, for the official control of pesticide residues in and on fruit and vegetables. All technical details as well as the competent authorities for the samplings are included in Annex I and Tables A and B to the present Decree.
