The present Ordinance implements the Brandenburg Nature Protection Implementation Law of 21 January 2013 and the Nature Protection Power Transfer Ordinance of 21 May 2013. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences in view of the enforcement of the Federal Nature Protection Act of 29 July 2009.
