The Order partly amends Order No. 100, in particular provisions on the storage of fertilizers and manures. The amendments are made to Appendix 1.
Point 1.9 - Manure in accordance to Order No. 1318 – namely art. 11-12, 22, 24 (section 1) art. 25 (sect. 1-2) art. 26 – for what concerns pollution of ground/surface water.
Point 1.10 - Storage of compost in farming. In accordance to Order No. 1318 – namely commercial animal husbandry, silage etc. of art. 13 (sect. 1-2) art. 14 (sect. 1, 3), however with the exception of national requirements of art. 14, sect. 1 on tight-fitting materials - and Decree No. 868 of 3 July 2015 on environmental authorization of livestock, as far as distance requirements for individual water abstraction facilities, common water abstraction plants and watercourses (including drains) and lakes (see article 8, section 1, No. 1-3).
Point 1.11 – Storage of silage. In accordance to Order No. 1318 – namely commercial animal husbandry in adherence to art. 15-16, 22, 24 (sect. 1) art. 25 (sect. 3) art. 26 on pollution of ground water and surface water.
Point 1.14 - Method of application of manure. In accordance to Order No. 1318 (art. 28, sect. 2).
Point 1.31 – Slurry tank equipped with alarm. In accordance to Order No. 1318 (art. 19, sect. 1, 7).
