This Order sets regulations of the enforcement of The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries (Ministry of Food) to be the authority for administering and managing through The Food Business Agency food issues in Denmark. The Food Business Agency is regulated by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries (Ministry of Food). It is the sole paying agency in Denmark with regard to funding from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF), the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and European Fisheries Fund (EFF).
