The Order sets regulations on the reviewing of certain temporary activities pertaining prevention and mitigation of pollution and unsanitary conditions from non-commercial livestock. The following temporary activities of pollution and unsanitary conditions include the location and use of asphalt installations; the location and use of facilities for the treatment of contaminated soil; the location and use of wastewater and sludge treatment plants, including lime stabilization facilities; the location and use of crushing plants for construction materials; dust or noise-generating demolition activities; scrapping of ships; dust or noise generating building front treatment; surface of free-standing steel structures or other major free-standing structures; dust or noise-generating works in general. Non-commercial animal husbandry shall not exceed size limits calculated as: 2 cows with their calves, 4 cattle animals, 4 horses with their foals, 2 lakes for a maximum of 5 pigs, 10 sheeps with lambs and 10 goats with their offsprings, chickens, 4 adult dogs and puppies under 18 weeks.
