This Regulation prescribes additional guarantees regarding salmonella, which can be applied to consignments of laying hens originating from the Croatia intended for placing on the market in the Republic of Finland and the Kingdom of Sweden.
Laying hens from Croatia, in the production of poultry reared to produce eggs for human consumption, which will be placed on the market in the Republic of Finland and Kingdom of Sweden, must be microbiologically tested, so that the test is performed on samples collected in the flock of origin.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
