This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development amends provisions concerning the way of dealing with seed material not classified as elitist, qualified or standard and production of a batch of seed material from seed material, excluding potatoes produced by different producers or in different years. In particular, this Regulation establishes the protocol of transfer of seed material not fulfilling quality requirements relating to the ability of germination, stated in the provisions on the detailed requirements for production and quality of seed material, in the case of the newly created batch of seed material.
