This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of ten paragraphs and six Annexes, establishes: organizational and technical conditions which shall be fulfilled by an organizational unit entitled to examine the effectiveness of plant protection agents; the application form related to the issue of the authorization to examine the effectiveness of plant protection agents; and the method of the examination.
