This Regulation prescribes: a) the conditions to be met by the official and reference laboratories in the implementation of official controls, government controls of certain special provisions in the field of veterinary medicine and other prescribed diagnostic survey and control in accordance with the provisions of the Veterinary Law and the Law on Veterinary Medicinal Products; b) the procedure for authorizing official and reference laboratories; c) the obligations that official reference laboratories must meet.
