This Regulation lays down detailed rules concerning the transhipment of products at border inspection post where the consignment is intended for the possible importation into the Republic of Croatia.
The person responsible for the shipment must, in the moment of arrival of shipment, intended for further transhipment at the border inspection post, apply the specified shipment to the border veterinary inspector in the manner specified by the competent authority.
