This Regulation prescribes the necessary content, size and form for the organic production sign (label), further defining the method of labelling of organic food for animals and organic plant products.
The organic label/sign that is hereby defined is officially denominated as Organic product of Montenegro . This text further transposes the rules contained in the Regulation (EU) no. 889/2008 of 5 September 2008 on detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 of 28 June 2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
