This Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of four articles and one Annex. The form of provincial report on the use of environment is specified in the Annex. This report is presented in the written form or in the form of electronic document with the use of public telecommunication network. The provincial report for the previous year the provincial inspector of the environment protection presents until the end of the second quarter of the year.
