This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes the form of report of sampling seed material: agricultural plants and vegetables excluding potatoes (specified in Annex 1) and potatoes or seedling material (specified in Annex 2).
