This Regulation provides expert system for traffic control of animals, animal products and other products (Trade Control and Expert System-TRACES system) in accordance with special regulations and how to use it as a unique veterinary information system.
Border inspection posts, with TRACES system, shall use a computer program for recording and managing databases of border veterinary inspections.
Messages will be transferred between units by using a computer network.
