This Regulation provides for the organization of gamekeeping services, form IDs and badges, look of gamekeepers, the manner of the issuance and return of the IDs, and how to use the firearms in the performance of gamekeeping services.
Hunting unit leaseholder or a legal or natural person authorized to execute hunting rights shall organize gamekeeping services if he is not qualified to perform all assigned duties.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
