The Regulation is composed of the following articles: (1) List of registered substances and registration thresholds; (2) Recognition and evaluation of registered substances; (3) Registering data in the integrated register of pollution; (3) Setting up of a unified information system on the environment. The list of registered substances and the list of registration thresholds are laid down in Annexes 1 and 2. Annex 3 concerns the registration of substances, measurement and evaluation methods. Annex 4 defines data required for the integrated register of pollution. Categories of installations and marking of emission sources are specified in Annex 5.
