This Regulation sets all necessary terms and conditions to be respected when performing official plant protection product quality tests.
The provisions here stipulated are regarding the survey on product performance; spatial, staff/educational and other conditions to be met by all authorized persons who will perform such tests on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
This text further imposes the compliance with international standards and necessary recording and archiving of the related data.
This Regulation also implements the harmonization with the terms and rules contained in the Council Directive 91/414/EEC of 15 July 1991 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market.
The Annex is part of this publication (containing the list of EPPO standards).
