This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two articles and three Annexes, establishes: (1) the model certificates on the evaluation of seed material of field evaluation, laboratory evaluation, verification evaluation and evaluation of external properties; (2) the model information on disqualification of seed material in individual phases of evaluation (specified in Annex 2); (3) the model information on results of tests (specified in Annex 3).
