This Regulation sets the necessary terms and procedures aimed to correctly develop the wild plant and animal species action plans.
These protection or action plans shall be compulsorily developed when it is determined that certain species are endangered on international scale and their conservation requires measures in the whole area of its natural presence; when the effective state of certain population is not favorable; when non-native species are introduced in nature (with possible desirable and/or undesirable/adverse effects on the conditions of natural habitats).
