This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 14 articles and two Annexes, lays down: (1) types of seed packages for individual species or groups of agricultural plants and vegetables, and ways to protect these packages; (2) types of packages of seed of agricultural plants and vegetables which are considered as small EC packages; (3) maximum amount of packaging for specific mixtures of vegetables; (4) specific labelling and sealing of seed of agricultural plants and vegetables, including size and colour of label specified for each category of seed material, information to be planed on the label and in the accompanying document.
