This Regulation sets forth the procedures for obtaining permits and licences for the activities and facilities listed in the Annexes, as well as obligations of public authorities, environmental management units and environmental consulting companies. Applications for obtaining environmental permits and licences must be submitted to environmental management units or through environmental consultants. The application procedure is defined in the Regulation. Permits and licences are valid for ten years. Qualifications and obligations of authorized environmental consultants are specified too.
