This Regulation provides: a) the conditions of public health, animal health requirements and veterinary certification standards for imports into the Croatian Republic of consignments of milk and dairy products from countries not members of the European Union; b) the list of foreign countries from which imports of the product is allowed.
The requirements of this Regulation shall not preclude the use of electronic certification or other agreed systems harmonized at EU level.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
