The purpose of this Regulation is to set out requirements for all veterinary structures such as private and public clinics, central and local veterinary units, hospitals and laboratories. It contains hygiene-sanitary requirements for establishments, tools, veterinary personnel and other administrative procedures. The supervision of this Regulation is entrusted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
